Many times we want a sweet for dessert but we do not have time or ingredients to make cakes, brownies or other preparations that require elaboration.

Today we are going to see how to make chocolate desserts in 5 minutes or less.

Cocoa cream in 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 100 ml of vegetable drink (whatever you want)
  • 3 tablespoons of pure cocoa defatted
  • Sweetener to taste

Peel the avocado, remove the bone and put the avocado flesh in the blender along with the vegetable drink. Beat it until it forms a consistent cream. Add the cocoa and sweetener and beat for 1 more minute. Serve cool.

Choco Banana

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 40 g of dark chocolate without milk (minimum 75% cocoa)

Preparation

  1. Chop the chocolate and melt it in a water bath.
  2. Peel the banana and put it on a plate.
  3. Bathe the banana with the chocolate and let it solidify at room temperature.
  4. Then you can refrigerate it if you want.
  5. Serve when the chocolate has hardened.

Coconut and chocolate truffle

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of coconut milk (cooled from the day before)
  • 40 g of dark chocolate without milk (minimum 75% cocoa)
  • Sweetener to taste

Preparation

  1. Chop the chocolate and melt it in a water bath.
  2. Take only the solids out of the coconut milk can and beat them with the whisk attachment until smooth (like whipped cream).
  3. Add the melted chocolate little by little while continuing to beat and the sweetener until it is a homogeneous and fluffy mixture.
  4. Divide it into glasses and leave it in the fridge until serving time.

  • 40 g of dark chocolate without milk (minimum 75% cocoa)
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 200 ml of vegetable drink (whatever you want)

Preparation

  1. Chop the chocolate and melt it in a water bath.
  2. Beat the peanut butter with the vegetable drink in the blender.
  3. Add the melted chocolate and beat together for 1 minute until smooth.
  4. Pour into small glasses and allow to cool completely before serving.

Chocolate nuts

Ingredients:

  • 150 g of assorted nuts (whatever you like: walnuts, hazelnuts, pumpkin seeds, almonds, etc., without salt)
  • 60 g of dark chocolate without milk (minimum 75% cocoa)
  • Sweetener to taste

Preparation

  1. Chop the chocolate and melt it in a water bath.
  2. Add the nuts and stir very well.
  3. Pour everything onto a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. With a fork, separate the nuts (so that it does not become a glob).
  5. Let it cool and solidify at room temperature.
  6. Then you can put it in the fridge if you want.

Serve it when the chocolate is well solidified.

Bonbon coffee

Ingredients:

  • 20 g of dark chocolate without milk (minimum 75% cocoa)
  • 1 cup of black coffee
  • 200 ml of vegetable milk (whatever you want)
  • 2 tablespoons vegan condensed milk
  • A pinch of pure cocoa powder
  • A pinch of ground cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Chop the chocolate and melt it in a water bath.
  2. Pour it into a cup.
  3. Add the vegan condensed milk, coffee, and non-dairy milk.
  4. Sprinkle with cocoa and cinnamon on top and serve.
